You’re probably best getting a bus to Fareham and catching a train. The 83 bus leaves Fort Brockhurst for Fareham at 6 and 36 minutes past each hour. Trains leave Fareham for Southampton Central at 1300, 1339, 1347 and 1353 and it takes about 20 minutes. From Southampton Central it’s about a mile walk to the hospital, or you could get a bus from the station (although I don’t know the times).
